Like good doctors, we like to hear about your symptoms before we prescribe any medicine. Listening to our clients and creating bespoke challenge solutions is maybe our favourite part of the process. Second only to listening to their stories around the fire.

The world is our oyster and we want to make it yours too. We are continually scoping the planet and can’t wait to show it off through our challenges and communities. We are curious creatures, inquisitive about the world and what is possible.

We take huge pride in our integrity. In the office and in the field. We recognise that our clients entrust us with their safety and that of their people. We can’t always control the conditions in the wild, but we will always be 100% honest with the information we have at our fingertips.

We recognise that to be brave is different for everyone. Sometimes conversations can be as frightening as crevasses. We love to see our clients each navigates the edge of their own comfort zones and celebrate getting there, together.

We promise to connect our clients with brilliant people. Time and time again, we have delivered friends for life and many a new business meeting. You think you can chew the fat through 18 holes of golf? Imagine what is possible over nine hours of hiking. Beats a Whatsapp group any day.

For our team, there is simply always a reason to leap out of our tents in the morning. Not least because there’s always a hot cup of coffee waiting. Our work allows our clients to reconnect with their own sense of purpose in life and to give back to communities through our charity partners.

We absolutely promise to deliver belly laughter. We are energetic optimists. When the moment is right, we never take ourselves too seriously. It’s great for the soul (and fantastic for the abs).
